Seiei's 'Trans-Am Burst' fully restores and resurrects the Hallelujah personality after it had seemingly died in battle against Soma Peries. This connection between the system and the pilots' mental states highlights its role beyond simple mechanical enhancement, acting as a catalyst for psychological evolution within the Human Reform League super soldier subjects.
In Their Own Story
During the climax of the first season, Neil Dylandy, operating as Lockon Stratos, faced his personal feud with Ali Al-Saachez. Despite being injured and having lost his aiming eye shielding Tieria Erde in a prior battle against the AEU and Union forces, Neil searched for revenge. He succeeded in shooting down Saachez's machine, but the engagement came at the cost of his own life. This death prompted Setsuna F. Seiei to 'change' as Neil could not, eventually leading to him becoming the first true Innovator. In the movie events four years later, Lyle Dylandy piloted the Gundam Zabanya against the ELS, while Allelujah and Marie rejoined Celestial Being in the dual-piloted Gundam Harute.
